How to request deletion

- Tell us whether the account belongs to a parent, tutor or another registered user.
- Submit the form. Our team will contact you to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request.
You can submit a request here even if you no longer have the Perfect Tutor app installed.
What happens to your data
Your request covers your account, sign-in and profile details, contact information, and other personal data associated with the account. After verifying your identity, our team will review the associated records and explain what will be deleted or de-identified. Some payment, transaction, or dispute-related records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. We will tell you which records must be kept and the applicable retention period when responding to your request.
